Minimise Ribbon
In theses screen shots you can see that I went to Customize quick access toolbar and click on minimised the ribbon so that it will only appear when you click on the menu name.
Add Font To Quick Access
In theses screen shots you can see that I clicked into customize quick access toolbar at the top of the screen and then when to more commands. After that I clicked on font where I added it to quick access.
Changing font and background
In theses screen shots I have changed the font from black to orange and the background from white to blue.
